Since 1957, the 21st Ward Jr. League has empowered our youth in Roxborough and Northwest Philadelphia to develop important life skills through the games of baseball and softball. We are an all-volunteer, non-profit organization. Nationally, we are chartered with Cal Ripken Baseball and Babe Ruth Baseball & Softball, and locally a member of the Philadelphia Youth Sports Collaborative. Some of our travel teams participate in the Suburban Travel Baseball League, Sunday Select Softball League, or the Philadelphia Parks & Recreation Baseball League. Our mission is simple: facilitate recreational and travel baseball and softball and make it as accessible and affordable as possible to the youth of Roxborough and Northwest Philadelphia for players ages 4-16. We are the proud home to the Roxborough Rebels!
